How do you get rid of pigeons who have decided to nest in front of your condo?
My neighbors have let some pigeons nest and lay eggs in front of their front door (which is directly across from my front door because I'm in a condo). They are even feeding the pigeons. We get attacked by the pigeons flying around every time we step out our front door. How do you recommend getting rid of them. I've thought about asking my neighbor to move the nest to their back porch - will the pigeons find the nest if it is moved?
If the pigeons are actually attacking you, they have young in the nest. They won't actually hurt you, you know.
Talk to the neighbors and ask if, after the chicks are fledged, they will remove the nest and fix it so the pigeons can't nest in that spot again.
Meanwhile, enjoy watching the birds; they will fledge soon enough.
I had a pigeon and a dove that produced a chick; the mother, the dove, died and the father pigeon had to finish raising his son alone; the affection he had for his son was really entertaining.

Use clear fishng line and string it around your condo, birds wont come around, you can also place fake owls or snakes in the tree. Hope this info helps!

I don’t think they will find it… Keep in mind it is temporary… The office building I work at had serious pigeons in the garage. They actually hired a company to "trap" the pigeons and move them… Maybe if you trap the parents and move the nest with the parents to the neighbors porch? I don’t know. Maybe call a vet that specialty in birds…
But please don’t kill them…it is temporary!! How amazing to watch the birds grow?? I know it’s easy for me to say, I’m not being attacked LOL!!
