This is not the worst case of fleas I've seen on a dog but it is close. These people needed help with their flea problem so they turned to a professional.

Umm no, that wasn’t fleas. That’s mostly like the blood from all the flea bites. Whenever a flea bites an animal, they do bleed a little bit after. It’s either that or dirt, but definitely not fleas..
