I slightly sprayed a roach with Raid. It kept operating away from me, so it was tough to soak him in Raid. I got it twice on its back but I don't know if that's sufficient. I haven't noticed it come out from its hiding spot.

I reside in a great neighborhood of NYC, upper west side. Rats come out and pick at garbage left for choose up, but eat it inside engines of vehicles parked in the street. At times they develop nests.

We have tried moth balls, disinfectant sprays, with out good results. If you set traps in the engines, the rats do excellent damage.

Any suggestions?
