Keep those creepy crawlers away
Warmer temperatures have creepy crawlers, well, crawling. As spring and summer arrive in Big Bear Valley insects, rodents and birds are stretching their legs and flapping their wings.

Recently somebody said that I have termites in my house because on the window there is a little pile of wood that has been convested almost into dust by the termites.
However I do no know how can I get rid of the termites myself without calling a company and how do I find out if there is termites somewhere else in the house or can I treat the whole house myselg and how and where do I buy the stuff?
The way to know is to get a proper inspection report from a company you can trust (http://drdons.net/content/choose ). If you see piles of pellets (called frass, but really just dry poo) then you have drywood termites (http://drdons.net/why-are-some-termites-called-drywood )and these just live in the wood, they don't tunnel in the soil and they don't make tubes. Fumigation is the surest control but if there is really only one infested piece, then a local attack may be all that's needed. One spray can of "Term-Out" from Makiki Electronics may be all you need. You won't know the right response unless you get an expert to inspect. If you get it wrong, hidden damage will continue. That's why fumigation usually pays.
You can't treat the whole house yourself unless you go for the heat-treatment approach. Even then it would be risky.

Rats urinated in our hallway ceiling how do we get rid of the smell. We also have rats that died under our home its on piers but too tight to go under and find the dead rats is there anything i can throw under to help with the smell...
You can use Nature's Miracle, from a pet store, to get rid of urine smell. Vinegar will work for this too, but then you have the vinegar smell. But it's better than urine smell. And you can get rid of vinegar smell by using a solution of baking soda and water.
Dead rats Under the Floorboards, that is going to Stink and breed Maggots and Flies too. It isn't just a scent, it's a dead animal.
Your best bet, if you can't get them out, is to encourage the local ants to take care of them. Don't use any ant poison; just let them clean up the dead rats. They will do a good job, given the time. They may leave the bones, but that won't smell. I've found rat and even cat skeletons cleaned up by ants.

I have this house and I have pigeons flying everywhere and laying eggs on the roof. Sometimes the eggs will roll off and land and crack on the ground. I had a Owle on the roof but the head is now missing
(. I got pigeon poop on my sidewalk and can't sit outside because of them. Is there anyone out there that might have some cleaver and inexpensive way of getting rid of them?
LOL ... a cleaver (as in an axe) sounds one way! I guess that it's a neighborhood problem, though. I have heard that a model of a hawk suspended from a wire will scare them off. You might need to string a wire between two tall trees, or something (or a tall pole like a TV arial, maybe). Your 'hawk' should move in the wind, though.
Maybe a model hawk/eagle on the roof instead of an owl would work ... but I think they get used to a fixed thing - it should move.
